We had a flat tyre of our scooter. Alan, who was the one responding to my call was so nice and trustworthy person, gave me confidence that he knows his stuff. I was even offering him to bring coffee because I asked for this service early in the morning. He was so helpful, and doing his job with very seriously. He gave me a time to collect my scooter. He has called me not a minute later than he promised. I have ridden for a week and works fantastic... Many thanks Alan. Everybody, trust Alan and these guys here, go to First Bikes, no where else :)

I found a small nail in the rear tyre of my bike so went to First Bikes to get the tyre repaired. They fit me in straight away when I turned up and got the repair done within an hour. Will be going back here for my MOT next spring and recommending to everyone i know.

Friendly staff and carried out the work with a great sense of humour! Made me a nice cup of scorch! Well pleased with the result. Definitely 💯 would recommend.

Just wanna comment about the exceptional service I received at first bikes once again! Had a mot booked for Saturday but my bike decided it didn't want to go and flattened the battery. After a call to them explaining, they lent me a battery to get the bike going and for mot and even let me borrow the battery until my new one arrived meaning I can still use my bike! Outstanding!! Thanks again 👌

Was on my motorbike parked up in clacton car park after shopping I see my tire half deflated upon inspection I see a massive screw in my tire! Looked online see first bike and phoned them they booked me in within minutes. I went shopping come back had a chat with the lads there 👍 bike tire was fixed can't even see where the screw was now amazing job 👍 they was very nice service was fast and prices was amazing thank you guys amazing service very friendly people could not have asked for more on a day everything was going wrong. 1st Motorcycles recently had my BSA Starfire in to undertake a much needed service and to fit an electronic ignition kit. The service I received was fantastic. From being an absolute nightmare to start it now starts with a couple of kicks. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them with confidence.

The guys Ben and Aide at First Bikes MOT'S are absolutely spot on and decent chaps to deal with. I took my new Triumph Tiger 900 to them today to have the upper crash bars fitted. Aide is a top guy and very methodical with his work. Cheers guys Mark

I used First bikes for the first time today and I was totally happy with the way my zzr1400 was sorted.The two guys who do the repairs were first class I normally go to the main dealerships for anything I need done not anymore I will recommend this firm to anyone now. Cheers guys

Found these guys, through a recommendation.... bike let me down a long way from home.. called them late in the day ,well after hours.. got a call back within moments( thank you). collected bike early next day repaired bike and delivered back... really saved the day.... the initial meet was with John.. first class approach to customer service.... Great rates... no bull.... Use First Bikes, for first class service..
