Out-of-hours recovery across Tendring when your bike has let you down, with the workshop behind it to put the fault right.

Breaking down on a bike is worse than breaking down in a car. You cannot sit in it, you cannot lock your gear in it, and you usually cannot push it far. If you are stuck, ring 07300 011336. That is the out-of-hours number and it reaches a person.

Recovered to a workshop, not a car park

The difference between us and a general recovery firm is what happens next. A recovery truck takes your bike somewhere. We take it to our own workshop, diagnose it, ring you with a price, and fix it. One phone call covers the whole problem instead of starting a second one on Monday morning.

One customer put it better than we can: broken down a long way from home, rang late in the day, got a call back within moments, bike collected early the next morning, repaired and delivered back.

Where we cover

Clacton-on-Sea and the whole Tendring peninsula, including Jaywick, Holland-on-Sea, Frinton-on-Sea, Walton-on-the-Naze, St Osyth, Weeley and Thorpe-le-Soken. We regularly run out to Colchester and Harwich, and further along the coast for the right job. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ring and ask.

What to tell us

Where you are, as precisely as you can manage. What the bike is. What happened, and whether it stopped suddenly or faded out. Whether you are somewhere safe. If you are on a fast road, get yourself behind a barrier before you start worrying about the bike.

If it is not an emergency

If the bike is at home and simply will not start, that is a collection rather than a recovery, and it is cheaper. Ring 01255 427851 during workshop hours and we will sort a day.
