Motorcycle Insurance Work and Accident Repairs

Coming off a bike is bad enough without a fortnight of phone calls afterwards. We handle accident damage from the recovery through to the finished repair, and we deal with the insurer’s side of it so you do not have to.

What we do

We assess the damage properly, including the parts that are easy to miss: bent forks, tweaked yokes, a cracked subframe, damage to the frame itself. Cosmetic damage is obvious. Structural damage is what matters, and a bike that has been straightened badly is dangerous.

We photograph and document everything, and produce an estimate in the form insurers expect, with parts and labour itemised. If your insurer wants to inspect the bike, it stays with us until they have.

Non-fault claims

If somebody else put you off the bike, you are usually entitled to have it repaired at a workshop of your choosing rather than one your insurer directs you to. We are happy to talk you through how that works.

Getting the bike here

If it is not rideable, we will recover it. If you are stranded at the roadside out of hours, ring 07300 011336.

An honest assessment

Sometimes the right answer is that the bike is not economic to repair. If that is the case we will tell you plainly, with the figures to back it up, rather than run up a bill on a machine that is not worth it. You can then make the decision with the facts in front of you.
